Structural and mechanical design covers anything that has to hold load, fit together, and survive use. Typical projects include welded steel frames, mounting brackets, support structures, and full mechanical assemblies. Every design includes a manufacturability review — drawings should reflect what your shop can actually build, not just what looks good on screen. Deliverables: 3D CAD models in SolidWorks, 2D production drawings to ASME Y14.5 (or ISO 8015 on request), bills of materials, and revision-controlled files.
